Returns and Refunds

RETURNS:

Please Contact Us prior to making your return. As a new business, we want to do everything possible to keep our clients happy. 

Please make sure to read the guidelines and product information before making a purchase to avoid sizing issues.

POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.

NOTICE FOR EU CUSTOMERS:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

​

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalize

  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

  3. therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
